Mandate To determine those members whose terms are expiring and to prepare a new slate of Directors for the NDLTD Board to be nominated at the annual meeting, held in conjunction with the annual conference. The Nominating Committee should make every effort to ensure the Board has as wide international representation as possible and that all significant communities of interest are represented, e.g. university faculty, graduate school administrators, librarians, computer scientists, etc.
